MSc dissertation project investigating the security of three MFA mechanisms - TOTP, Email OTP, and Push-based authentication - through a custom Flask web application and systematic penetration testing.
IoT Penetration Test - Amazon Echo Dot (2nd Gen)
Full IoT pentest covering network, mobile app, hardware and firmware analysis
Conducted a full penetration test on the Amazon Echo Dot 2nd Generation as part of a team engagement at the University of Birmingham. Covered network security, mobile application security (Alexa Android app), device storage forensics, and hardware tamper resistance.
Active Directory Attack Lab
Full enterprise AD simulation with end-to-end attack chains
Designed a full multi-machine AD lab: Domain Controller plus two Win10 workstations plus Kali. Simulated Kerberoasting, AS-REP Roasting, relay attacks, and ADCS privilege escalation.
Honeypot Deployment - Google Cloud
Real-world attacker behaviour analysis via T-Pot on GCP
Deployed T-Pot multi-honeypot on GCP to capture real-world attack traffic. Implemented GCP firewall rules, SSH hardening, and iptables. Monitored attacker TTPs via ELK stack.
